At Priory Hair Company, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of hair professionals through structured apprenticeships delivered in partnership with the Francesco Group.

We believe great stylists aren’t rushed they’re nurtured. Our apprentices receive high-quality academy training alongside hands-on salon experience, supported closely by our team as they develop their skills, confidence and professionalism.
Alongside technical learning, we place strong emphasis on values. Apprentices at Priory are guided in how to care for clients, communicate thoughtfully and work with integrity — building strong foundations for their careers and for the standards our clients expect.

Ongoing education & professional standards

Continued education is an essential part of life at Priory. Our team undertakes ongoing professional training in colour work with Wella, ensuring techniques remain current, responsible and aligned with best practice. We also train with and use premium care ranges such as Alfaparf Semi di Lino to support hair health before, during and after salon services.
​
All of our stylists are certified hair extensionists, with up-to-date training in application, maintenance and removal. This ensures extensions are applied thoughtfully, worn comfortably and supported with the highest standards of care — always with hair health at the centre.
