Product Warranty Policy

At Priory Hair Company, we strive to provide high-quality wigs and hairpieces. Our warranty policy ensures fair resolution in cases of manufacturing faults.
Faults Developing After 48 Hours of Receipt
​
We accept no responsibility for wigs or hairpieces returned as faulty unless the fault can be reasonably deemed to be due to a manufacturing defect within the first three months of wear.

We reserve the right to investigate any complaint and inspect the item for testing by an experienced technician. If testing is carried out by the manufacturer, their response will be required before any further action is taken.

Hairpieces and wigs damaged due to customer abuse, improper care, or neglect cannot be accepted for credit, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances.

The buyer must ensure that any items returned for inspection are washed before returning. We reserve the right to reject any complaint or return if this condition is not met.

If a Manufacturing Fault is Found

We reserve the right to repair the item where possible.

If a repair is not possible, a replacement or refund may be considered at our discretion.

If a Manufacturing Fault is Not Found

The item will be returned to you, and you may be required to cover return shipping costs.

Under certain circumstances, we may offer, at our discretion, to repair the item at your expense.

All express or implied conditions of warranties, statutory or otherwise, not expressly included in this policy are excluded.

Any injury, reaction, or damage incurred by users of the products we sell.

Any issues arising from improper use or failure to follow manufacturer care instructions.

Any adverse reactions to products applied to hair, scalp, or skin, including but not limited to wigs, hairpieces, cleaning and maintenance products (such as shampoos, conditioners, protective sprays, treatments, and styling products), adhesives, tapes, and makeup.
Additionally, we do not accept liability for any goods or services provided by third-party suppliers.
