Four years ago I found myself struggling with my hair. Where I had once had long thick hair, perimenopause had left my hair brittle and fragile. Seeking a solution, I was introduced to Vanessa, renowned for her expertise and her gentle approach to hair extensions, specifically tape extensions. From my first appointment, it was clear that Vanessa was not only incredibly skilled but also deeply passionate about helping her clients feel confident and cared for.

Over the course of a year, as I continued to visit Vanessa, we became firm friends. I was inspired by her dedication to alternative hair loss solutions and touched by her compassion for her clients. While my own journey with hair loss was mild compared to others, it gave me a glimpse into how deeply personal and life-changing hair loss can be. Vanessa’s dream of creating a space that prioritised privacy, care, and expert solutions resonated with me, and I knew I wanted to help bring that vision to life.

With my background in business, including training and customer service, I saw an opportunity to complement Vanessa’s creative and technical expertise. Together, we dreamed up Priory Hair Company: a salon built on the foundation of care, inclusivity, and the unwavering belief that every client deserves to feel special. Vanessa brings her vast knowledge of hair care, styling, and alternative hair solutions, while I focus on creating unrivalled training programs and ensuring every visit is an exceptional experience.
